Maxis Makeover: Whitesand Hot Springs
I've already made over the vacation homes for Twikkii Island and am just now starting on some of the other lots in the area. I've gone for a heavy tiki theme because I am 'oh so original'. ;)

There is minimal custom content, but I have included all meshes and recolor.

I have all expansion packs and stuff packs, so please use Clean Installer!

After making over the other vacation house in Twikkii Island, I felt it was only fair to make certain they both look modern and up to date for my Sims. This house is completely revamped. There is no longer a second floor!
There is minimal CC and all files are included.

You may not recognize this house after the makeover. It is a vacation home from Twikkii Island that was absolutely ghastly before...Now I think it is a smart and modern type of design. There is minimal CC, but I have included all meshes and recolor files.
