Maxis Makeover: Whitesand Hot Springs
I've already made over the vacation homes for Twikkii Island and am just now starting on some of the other lots in the area. I've gone for a heavy tiki theme because I am 'oh so original'. ;)

There is minimal custom content, but I have included all meshes and recolor.

I have all expansion packs and stuff packs, so please use Clean Installer!
