I'm nearly finished with all of the community lots in La Fiesta Tech, so yay! I think I have one more and then I'll be doing the dorms and houses in the neighborhood. So, you have that to look forward to if you're interested. :D

There is minimal custom content, but I have included all meshes and recolors!
