Maxis Makeover: The Plaza
Another makeover of a boring and seemingly pointless Maxis lot! The Plaza is located in the University subhood of La Fiesta Tech.
I have changed it to be a place for student clubs to assemble and for new students to learn more about their majors.
As always, there is minimal custom content, but I have included the meshes and recolors.
I have all expansion packs and stuff packs, so please use Clean Installer!


Here's the small office for signing up for night classes or clubs.






A corner where kids can play while waiting for their parents.

And if you don't want people putting soap in the fountain, they have to march through some cactus first. :D
