Maxis Makeover: Belle's Boutique & Tailoring
A makeover of the cute boutique in Riverblossom Hills. It's a hodgepodge kind of tailor/bridal/thrift shop.
There is a medium amount of custom content, but I have included meshes and recolors.
I have all expansions and stuff packs, so please use Clean Installer!
